  2. Analyze – We analyze the data gathered to inform our recommendation.

  3. Advocate – We design, build, and advocate customized solutions for each client based on their individual needs and where they are on their growth journey.

  4. Activate - We partner with our clients to implement our recommendations either via a train-the-trainer approach or a managed services provider model.​

  5. Adjust – We measure our progress throughout the entire process to ensure we remain on track, adjusting as necessary.
